THEY INSTALLED ME 3 DOORS LAST YEAR UNDER THE NAME CRYSTAL HOME IMPROVEMENTS, 1 DOOR NOW TOTALLY UNUSABLE AFTER VARIOUS PROBLEMS, I HAVE PHONE AND EMAILED TIME AFTER TIME, JUST GETTING MESSED ABOUT, AND PASSED FROM PILLAR TO POST. SO FAR I HAVE DEALT WITH JUDITH, VANESSA AND JAMES THINK THEY HAVE ALSO GONE INTO ADMINISTRATION WHICH WOULD EXPLAIN NAME CHANGE! YES THATS RIGHT, THEY ARE ONE OF THEM COMPANIES THAT LOVE TO CHANGE THEIR NAME NOW AND AGAIN. I AM NOW GOING THROUGH THE PROCESS OF FENSA AND CPA. THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY, THEN LEAVE YOU IN THE LURCH.
