Our conservatory was erected by Needhams at Loughborough. We now have an ongoing problem with a box gutter that is leaking. Originally the water was pouring down the outside of the window. Someone eventually adjusted the gutter but the water now comes into the conservatory. After another complaint to Needhams we were kept waiting several weeks before someone came again. After another adjustment we assumed the problem to be solved. However following more heavy rainfall the water is again coming inside the building. How difficult is it to get a guttering system right? We now have to wait another week and a half before they come out again. It's totally ridicuous and unacceptable. And the bloke who deals with the complaint each time doesn't have a clue how p****d off we're getting.
