I just finished having conservatory fitted by this Homeshield. I was asked to fill this out by their customer services after phone call. The finished conservatory is very satisfactory and friend and family enjoy. It was good service the workmen were friendly and reasonably clean in their work. Price was best among my quotes and offered more quality than the others. I occasionally had to chase workmen for installation times though, as I had to make time to be there. Overall it was very good I only take 1 star off for this point. I have recommend to my brother Shahbzada and he is currently considering a quote, I thank Homeshield for their effort.

"Double storey extension Homeshield"

We recently had a double storey extension and I can't fault the service we received. The work was completed on time and our home was treated with respect. We had no problems and are more than satisfied with the extension and the workmanship. They were friendly, polite and considerate and we have recommended them to our family and friends who were also impressed by the standard of work.

I made my initial enquiry for a porch, through the web, and was contacted by homeshield within a couple of hours. An appointment was made when it suited me, not like the others I had approached who wanted me to fit in with them and insisted that both me and my wife were present. The sales man came and was very approachable not pushy at all, gave me a price then left, and followed it up by email. One of the other companies sat around for hours wanting me to sign there and then. I decided to go with Homeshield, and knew I had made the right decision. There was an initial problem with the 1st installation date but that was soon sorted and the workmen couldnt do enough to make sure I was happy with the work. My porch looks great and neighbours have commented on what a difference it makes. I also got a follow up call a few weeks later to make sure everything was ok. Cant praise Homeshield enough, Thank you for a great job

Very fast to reply to my phone call, had sales rep out within two days of call, supplied and fitted within 14 days without any problems, very helpfull and polite service, highly recomended, 5*...

I would like to say that for the first phone call to the end product all the way I was treated very well by all that were involved.

They listen to what I would like and always with respect guided me to what would be best for me and my pocket, as we are all individuals.

On the day of fitting the workforce were polite and happy in their work, and left my home in a clean condition, I would have trusted them with anything in my home.

As this is a family run business, it shows as they treat people as if they are part of the family nothing is to big or small a job for them and they will give you 110% everytime.

I will not hesitate to use this firm again in the future.
