We have had our loft converted By Artisan, initially it appreared they did a good job but they left the job incomplete. they fitted a temporary staircase and darren promised, in writing to return and replace the temporary staircase to complete the job.

He now refuses to take my calls or reply to me on the matter. to top it off the roof has now started to leak, and despite sending e-mails, leaving voicemails and messages with the receptionist Darren does not return any calls.

I'm just about to start court proceedings

Darren Ludbrook is untrustworthy do not use this company, as soon as he gets his payment hes just not interested anymore.
