We had a conservatory fit by them 5 months ago, last month a problem occurred with a pain of glass in the french doors, it steamed up and look condensed - I've contacted the company four times now and promised a callback, one time I was told that it may not be covered, I could not understand that, they never have contacted me and I am sick of them telling me that the manager is not in and they will ask him to call me back. I've reported the company to the DGCOS but I don't like the customer service of this company.
